Autumn Leaves

Green leaves,

Yellow leaves,

Red leaves, and brown,

Falling,

Falling,

Blanketing the town.

Oak leaves,

Maple leaves,

Apple leaves, and pear,

Falling,

Whispering,

“Autumn’s in the air!”

Big leaves,

Little leaves,

Pointed leaves, and round,

Falling,

Nestling,

Carpeting the ground.
