Our Little Princess Turns Five!

Our little girl turns FIVE today! We are so excited.

She has been such a joy! She has a special kind of spark and spunk. Right now she loves pretty things, pretty clothes, makeup, painted finger and toe nails, sparkly jewelry. On most days, she has a cheerful disposition and a contagious laugh.

She loves spending time with her daddy. They play very involved games of Polly and Littlest Pet Shop. He really knows how to nurture her imagination and her love for role-play.
She loves to follow me around, asking to help with whatever I am doing at home, especially if it involves cooking or crafts. She is very affectionate always giving hugs and kisses and saying, “I love you mami”.
She really melts our hearts. Her vibrant personality touches everyone around her. She is a very sweet blessing from God!
This morning we celebrated at home with a breakfast in her bedroom. She was tired, but so happy and excited. She enjoyed all the attention she got from us and kept repeating “I can’t believe I’m five today”. “I’m five, I’m five”.
I love the lyrics of this song by Steven Curtis-Chapman. It describes the stage Natalie is in right now. Fully enjoying her life, without a care in the world!
We love you, our beautiful Five-year-old Cinderella! Happy Birthday!

Natalie is adorable! Your description of her and seeing her smiling in these pictures makes me think of Ceirin, my youngest who turns 6 in November. Those lyrics to the Cinderella song is a beautiful reminder for me to enjoy this happy and innocent stage, cause it'll all be over too soon.
